GENUTECH DCF

The optimal combination of resistance

mobility, fixation and durability.

Genutech DCF Primary Knee Characteristics:

The GENUTECH® knee prosthesis system GENUTECH®, indicated for knee arthroplastie, has been designed and developed by Surgival to provide an optimal combination of resistance, mobility, fixation and durability for both cemented and cementless needs.

Femoral component

  • Maximum congruence to minimise tension and y reduce friction and wear.
  • The design of the condyles allows for 140º of flexion to be achieved.
  • Mobility restriction associated with selection of the PS or NPS model.

Tibial Insert

  • Complete modularity between tibial tray and insert sizes for both the NPS and PS systems. Achieving a knee replacement system that is highly adaptable to each specific case.
  • Dual fixation: primary fixation via antero-posterior clipping and secondary peg fixation, ensuring excellent assembly reliability.

Tibial Tray

  • Complete modularity between tibial tray and insert sizes for both the NPS and PS systems. Achieving a knee replacement system that is highly adaptable to each specific case.

Supplements

  • This primary knee prosthesis system also allows for the use of straight stems in the tibial area, as well as augmentation blocks in order to address potential moderate tibial bone deficiency during primary surgery.
  • The system also allows for the use of femoral supplements (distal and posterior) in order to address potential moderate femoral bone deficiency during primary surgery.

INSTRUMENTS

  • All the Genutech DCF instruments have been designed based on the innovative EASY PLUS® with two goals in mind: to facilitate the work of surgeons and minimise patient risk. The result is a system that reduces operating times while ensuring precision.
